Chris, Barb, and Brian at Mercers were so thorough and thoughtful. From the
time I took my car there to meet my ins adjuster, they were extremely helpful.
They called for a rental for me, made sure everything was explained to me - what
they were going to have to do to repair my car. Christ even sent me daily
photos of the status of my car body repairs! Seriously, these people turned an
inconvenient accident into a smooth transition - from my car to a rental, then
even called the rental company to have them come to Mercers to pick up both
ways. I never had to be inconvenienced, once it was in Mercer's hands.
Professionalism and customer care - A+++! These guys work as a team and have
their act together!
