Lee Mercer has over 40 years of experience in the automotive industry. Prior to starting Mercer's Collision Center in 2004, Mr. Mercer acted as the General Manager of several collision centers for a total of 15 years. In addition, he also owned and opererated his own autobody shop for 15 years where he was able to gain unparalleled managerial skills as well as a unique business sense. Previous to his experience as an owner he gained experience as an automotive sales and service manager for a reputable company for a period of 7 years, during which he was able to consistently rank among the top 10 managers for gross sales and net profit out of 1500+ stores in the country.
Chris Mercer (left) - Operations Manager
Chris has been working in and around autobody shops since he was 11 years old. He has worked in many different positions within several autobody shops eventually working his way into supervisory and management type roles for a total of over 20 years of industry knowledge. In addition, Chris has earned his Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and brings a creative flair to the company. Chris acts as the main point of contact for most customers, employees and continues to assist in various roles as well as maintain business relationships with many of the associates of MERCER'S COLLISION CENTER
