If you are having work done by us as a part of a Preferred Referral Program at the recommendation of your insurance company OR and you are receiving any funds from an insurance company the company must make the check out to MERCER'S COLLISION CENTER or the shop and the customer for the benefit of: (name on insurance policy). If for some reason the insurance company failed to do this you can bring the original check made out to you and sign it over to MERCER'S COLLISION CENTER, INC. Please do NOT just cash the check. This will slow down the repair and delivery process.
