MERCER'S COLLISION CENTER strives to make our customers collision repair OR customization experience as smooth as possible.

THE CENTER'S services are designed to meet the financial and timing challenges of the average individual and/or business. Our goal is to provide value-added service to our clients.

We will work with our customer’s insurance company and set up any rental car needs. We also provide vehicle pickup and delivery.

We provide guaranteed completion dates on all our repair work. If for some reason the guaranteed repair date is missed, MERCER'S COLLISION CENTER will assume the cost for the additional rental days.

Our customer’s vehicle will be cleaned prior to delivery.

• We provide expert analysis and thoroughly assess the damage before work is done on the vehicle. We then have all parts ordered and received, so our production process is not interrupted once work begins.
• Our team of quality trained technicians will then proceed step-by-step in repairing the vehicle to pre-loss condition. Absolutely NO short cuts are taken.
